COVID-19 Exchange & Return Policy Update

Please reach out to us at [email protected] to initiate your Exchange or Return. We are following safety guidelines for you and for our staff to remain safe and healthy. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Steps for an Exchange

  1. Please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number, the names of the item(s) you are interested in exchanging and images of the item showing no signs of wear and that the all tags are still securely attached, within 14 days of your purchase date. Please state you are hoping for an exchange and we will give you a code for Free Shipping to use on your exchange order.
  2. Wait for an email with approval confirmation. The email will include a shipping address where you will be able to send your item back to. (USPS First Class Shipping is usually the most cost-efficient shipping service with tracking.)
  3. At anytime you'd like, please place a new order online for the item you are wishing to exchange for. The sooner you place, the better chance you have at receiving your item before it is sold out. Don't forget to ask for a Free Shipping code!
  4. Once we receive your return, we will be able to refund the amount onto your original form of payment. This may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

 

Steps for a Return:

  1. Please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number, the names of the item(s) you are interested in returning and images of the item showing no signs of wear and that all tags are still securely attached, within 14 days of your purchase date. Please let us know if you are looking for a refund back onto your original form of payment or if you would like a Verbena gift card for the refund amount.

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Merchandise will only be accepted in new condition with no signs of wear or use and with original tags and packaging attached. All Face Masks, shoes, jewelry, body products, intimates including bralettes, bathing suits and bodysuits and sale items are final sale. Verbena is not responsible for packages in the shipping carrier's possession.
