We’re unable to offer exchanges or returns on the following items that are Final Sale:

- Accessories Category Items

- Lifestyle + Beauty Category Items

- Swimwear

- Intimates

- Bodysuits

- Shoes

- Face Masks, + Face Mask Accessories

 

For an item to be accepted for an exchange or return, it must be

- Unworn and unwashed

- Tags attached

- Free from makeup or any marks

- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume, etc.

- Returned in person or postmarked 14 days from the date you received

 

Please be careful when trying on pieces; If your item doesn’t meet these requirements it will be sent back to you.

 

Exchanges

If your original item is not Final Sale, in perfect condition and you're within 14 days of receiving your order, place a new order for the item you’re wanting in exchange as soon as you’re able to ensure the item’s availability for you. Then proceed to return the original item with the instructions below. Please package your item with care and include your original receipt, or bring your receipt with you if you are returning in-store. Your refund will be processed onto the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of it being received. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

 

Returns

If your original item is not Final Sale, in perfect condition and you're within 14 days of receiving your order, you may ship back or return in-person the item that didn’t work out for you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs; please choose which ever shipping carrier you prefer. Verbena is not responsible for items in the shipping carrier's possession. USPS First Class Shipping is usually the most cost-efficient shipping service with included tracking.
